Proof, clearly labeled.
Every item in this library carries a label, so you always know what you are looking at. A client result is a client’s real, approved numbers. An illustrative benchmark is a model of a well-run pipeline, and we never present it as anyone’s results.
- Client result
Funnel metrics and screenshots from a client’s own CRM or ad account, published with their written permission.
- Testimonial
A client’s own words, with their name and clinic, published with their permission.
- Video
Talks and clips from Convert’s team, shown in full, not edited into a claim.
- Illustrative benchmark
A model of a well-run pipeline. Useful to compare against. Never a client’s results.
Client results.
Published only with permission
Client case studies, funnel screenshots and testimonials are added here as each client approves them, with the date range and the source of every number. Until a result is verified and approved, it does not appear on this page.
Want to see the numbers behind the system? Bring your own: your scorecard shows where your funnel stands today.
The playbook, live.
Vince Reyes, founder of Convert, at CryoCon in front of a room of cash-pay practice owners, walking through the system we build for clinics.
What a well-run pipeline looks like.
100 new leads, walked through the pipeline
This is the model we measure a clinic’s pipeline against, and the one the Revenue Leak Scorecard’s top bands are built on. It is an illustrative benchmark, not a client’s results.
How we label proof.
- A client result is published only with the client’s written permission.
- Every number carries its date range and its source.
- Screenshots are redacted: no patient names, diagnoses, treatment details or other protected health information.
- Benchmarks and worked examples are always labeled illustrative.
- Videos are shown in full, not clipped into a claim.
- If we can’t verify it, it isn’t here.
